Silvertree Landscapes collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and manage client communication.
Enquiry forms may collect your name, contact details, property information and message so Silvertree can respond to your request.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare requested proposals and manage related communication. It is not sold to third parties.
Your enquiry is sent to Silvertree Landscapes by the website's hosting and email services. If you provide an email address, an acknowledgement may be sent to that address. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 loads when you submit an enquiry to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Google may process network, device and interaction information for this security check under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We verify the returned result on the server before sending the enquiry. You may call or email Paul instead of using the form.
A short-lived essential cookie protects the enquiry form and expires after 30 minutes. The website does not currently load optional analytics, advertising or embedded review trackers. You can read this information again using Cookie settings in the footer.
Temporary form-security records use a keyed hash of the connecting network address to limit repeated requests. They do not store the enquiry message or contact details and are eligible for removal after 24 hours. Hosting providers may also keep ordinary server access and security logs.
Enquiries received by email are retained for the related communication and any resulting client relationship, subject to business and legal requirements. Contact paul@silvertreelandscapes.co.za to ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information. You may contact Paul by telephone instead of using the form.
